Designed and implemented a stochastic inference pipeline on Mistral-7B for MedMCQA medical QA, using semantic entropy with BioBERT clustering, calibrated answer-token confidence, and abstention thresholds in a FastAPI + Next.js demo.
Built a HIPAA PHI screening prototype with Next.js, FastAPI, PDF text extraction, and an LLM-driven MCP workflow that scans or redacts potential PHI and returns structured results.
Built machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, and prediction. Developed backend APIs using FastAPI and deployed containerized services on AWS.
AI system that matches patients to clinical trials using semantic retrieval and LLM based eligibility screening. Built vector search pipelines and privacy focused architecture for sensitive healthcare data.
Developed an EHR platform used by clinics to manage patient data, clinical workflows, and operational reporting. Designed backend services for patient record management, clinical documentation, and analytics dashboards. Implemented secure APIs and access control for sensitive healthcare data.
Redesigned backend architecture for a high-traffic e-commerce platform. Improved system performance by more than 50% through database optimization and API redesign. Implemented containerized deployment workflows and improved production reliability.
